About Juergen Becker

With more than 15 years experience in implementing NGO programmes and projects, making in the year 2000 the step to the planning and design of child centered projects/programmes and finally being advisor to UNMIK, relevant Bulgarian ministries and the Delegation of the European Commission, I am an international child-protection expert with hands-on experience on all policy levels and in all stages of a project/programme cycle.
